PAYMENT & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Reservation and Payment:

Customers must make a reservation for pet transportation services in advance. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the service.

Financial Responsibility:

Customers bear full responsibility for all fees and charges incurred for the services provided by AeroPets. This includes any additional costs or expenses associated with the agreed-upon services.

Payment Terms:

The specific payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be clearly communicated to customers during the booking or invoicing process. This ensures that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their payment obligations and facilitates a smooth payment process.

Late Payment Charges:

AeroPets retains the right to impose late payment charges for fees that remain outstanding beyond the specified timeframe.This policy serves as an incentive for customers to make timely payments and contributes to the efficient operation of services.

Accepted Payment Methods:

AeroPets accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, or electronic payment platforms. Customers are advised to inquire about the accepted payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient payment experience.

Payment:

Bank transfers should be made in the agreed currency and amount specified by Aeropets. Customers are responsible for any fees or charges levied by their own bank for the transfer.

Reference:

Customers must include the invoice number provided by Aeropets when making the bank transfer. This ensures proper identification and allocation of the payment.

Confirmation:

Customers are responsible for providing Aeropets with proof of payment, such as a copy of the bank transfer confirmation or receipt. This helps in verifying and reconciling the payment.

Liability:

AeroPets is not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses that may occur during the bank transfer process. Customers should ensure accurate and complete information is provided to their bank for the transfer.

Transfer and Correspondence Charges:

Customers are responsible for bearing all transfer and correspondence charges associated with the bank transfer. This includes any fees levied by their own bank, intermediary banks, or correspondent banks involved in the transfer process. Aeropets should receive the full amount invoiced without any deductions for charges or fees incurred during the transfer.

Payment Confirmation:

Upon receipt of payment, AeroPets will provide customers with a payment confirmation or receipt. This serves as proof of payment and helps maintain transparent financial records.

Payment Security:

AeroPets takes the security of customer payments seriously. Appropriate measures are in place to protect customer payment information and ensure secure payment processing.

Installment Plans:

In certain cases, AeroPets may offer installment plans for customers to manage their payment obligations. The terms and conditions of such installment plans will be communicated and agreed upon between AeroPets and the customer.

Payment Reminders:

AeroPets sends payment reminders to customers to ensure that payment obligations are met on time. These reminders help customers stay updated and avoid any potential late payment charges.

Payment Obligations:

Customers are required to make timely payments as specified in the agreement. Consistent failure to do so may lead to the termination of the agreement. AeroPets understands that financial circumstances can change, but it is important for customers to communicate and find mutually agreeable solutions to maintain a sustainable partnership.

Returned Payments:

In the event of a returned payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason, AeroPets may charge additional fees to cover the costs incurred. Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment processing.

Financial Instability:

If a customer becomes insolvent, assigns their assets to creditors, or becomes involved in any form of bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar proceedings, AeroPets may take necessary steps to protect our interests. While we hope for the best, it is our responsibility to address such situations to maintain the stability of our operations.

Payment Discrepancies:

AeroPets to resolve the issue. Open communication helps ensure accurate payment records and avoids any misunderstandings.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

Full payment, amounting to 100% of the charges, must be made in cash, by credit card, direct deposit, or bank cheque prior to the departure of the pets. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the service. AeroPets has a cancellation and refund policy in place, and any cancellations and refunds may be subject to fees or non-refundable charges. It is important to review and understand the cancellation and refund policy before making a booking.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At AeroPets, we recognize that life doesn’t always go as planned. So we’ve created a fair cancellation policy that provides clarity and flexibility for our valued clients when unexpected changes occur.

Flight Cancellation due to Force Majeure Events:

In the event of flight cancellation caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or political unrest, AeroPets will provide clients with a full refund of the total cost of the pet transportation service. This ensures that clients are not financially burdened due to circumstances beyond their control.

Flight Cancellation within 14 Days Prior to Departure:

If the flight is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled departure, clients will receive a full refund within 15 business days. This provides clients with peace of mind knowing that they will receive their refund promptly.

Flight Cancellation after Documentation Process:

If for any reason, there is a flight cancellation after the completion of the documentation process, clients will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total relocation cost. This policy acknowledges the effort and expenses incurred by AeroPets in preparing for the pet transportation service.

Non-Refundable Fees and Charges:

Certain fees and charges, such as admin fee, import/export fees, customs fees, and veterinary documentation fees, are non-refundable even in the event of flight cancellation. Clients are informed about these non-refundable charges upfront to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

Flight Cancellation within 48 Hours Prior to Departure:

If the flight is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided. This policy is in line with industry standards and takes into consideration the operational costs associated with last-minute cancellations.

Flight Rescheduling:

If clients wish to make changes to their flight itinerary after payment has been made, additional fees may apply. Clients are encouraged to contact AeroPets promptly to discuss the changes and any associated costs. AeroPets aims to accommodate clients’ needs while considering the logistical challenges and costs involved in rescheduling flights.

Exclusion of Service Charges or Fees:

The refund amount will not include any service charges or fees incurred by the sender from bank, PayPal, or credit card transactions. This ensures transparency in the refund process and provides clients with accurate information regarding any associated fees.

Refund Process:

Clients must submit a written refund request to AeroPets within 7 days of the cancellation. The request should include all relevant details and documentation to support the refund claim. All refund payments will be processed within 15 to 20 business days after the refund decision is agreed upon. The refund will be credited only to the sender’s bank account to ensure the security of their funds. This secure and timely refund process aims to provide clients with a hassle-free experience.

By proceeding with payment, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with AeroPets’ cancellation and refund policies, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions associated with their pet transportation service.

Payment Modes

We offer multiple modes of payments. Upon receipt of your pet(s) travel eligibility, payment can be made in full and/or two equal parts through either of the modes listed here.
